Grant C. Dayley is a Senior Financial Advisor with CFO Solutions Inc., a boutique financial planning firm with corporate offices in Scottsdale, Arizona. He is based and resides in Mesa, Arizona.

CFO is an independent, boutique financial planning and registered investment advisory firm which specializes in the unique planning needs of doctors and the economic issues facing them.

Grant is a knowledgeable and talented financial and business professional that uniquely qualifies him to guide the health care professional and business owner through the successful implementation of the tax reduction, capital accumulation, capital distribution and the CFO planning process.

Grant is retained by physicians, dentists and business owners to prevent losses of their earnings and savings to unnecessary income taxes, inappropriate financial structures, risk of principal investments and inappropriate financial programs. He is prepared to guide the doctor through tax and financial plans with efficiency, control and safety.

He is an experienced professional with nearly 40years in the financial arena. Twelve of those years were in life insurance home office and field management.

Grant has a BA degree in Business Administration/Finance and a Juris Doctor Degree from LaCrosse University. He is a Registered Investment Advisor representative and a Charter Life Underwriter (CLU). He also holds the NASD Series 7 and 65.

Grant has extensive experience in charitable funding and the permanent endowment of Universities scholarships and research funds. He is expert in business structure planning, corporate budgeting, qualified disability, qualified long term care, non-qualified benefit plans, ERISA-qualified retirement plans, collective bargaining benefit plans, risk-averse investment planning and implementation in the areas of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts and asset protection strategies.

He is a military veteran with service in the Republic of Vietnam, and was awarded the Army Accommodation Medal with battle stars. Grant has been married for 40 years to Linda Dayley. They have four children and 14 grandchildren.
